氮离子注入GCr15轴承钢改性的时效机理及摩擦学性能探讨

对１２年前经离子注入处理后的ＧＣｒ１５轴承钢表面耐磨性能的时间效应进行了探讨。发现离子注入材料的改性效果存在时间效应性。利用ＡＥＳ和Ｘ射线衍射分析发现，掺杂原子及材料表面吸附的氧原子的多元迁移和硬质相的生成是造成离子注入材料改性时效的原因。     

Chemical composition of PM_(2.5) during winter in Tianjin,China

PM2.5 samples for 24 h were collected during winter in Tianjin,China. The ambient mass concentration and chemical composition of the PM2.5 were determined. Ionic species were analyzed by ion chromatog-raphy,while carbonaceous species were determined with the IMPROVE thermal optical reectance(TOR) method,and inorganic elements were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec-trometer. The daily PM2.5 mass concentrations ranged from 48.2 to 319.2 g/m3 with an arithmetic average of 144.6 g/m3. ...     

Influence of NH beam bombarding energy on structural characterization and cell attachment of CNx coating

The carbon nitride (CN_x) coating with its novel properties will be excellent candidate for biomedical applications. CN_x coatings were prepared on the surface of Ti–6Al–4V by ion-beam-assisted deposition (IBAD) with different NHⁿ⁺ beam bombarding energies at low substrate temperature. The coatings were characterized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The result showed that the wear-resistance of CN_x coatings was better at higher beam bombarding energy. The cell attachment tests also gave interesting results that CN_x coatings exhibited low macrophage attachment and provide desirable surface for the normal cellular growth and morphology of the fibroblasts. Structural analysis showed that NHⁿ⁺ beam bombardment at the energies of 300–400 eV could result in more nitrogen concentration and fraction of sp³CN bonds in the structure of CN_x coatings, which may be responsible for the improvement in the wear-resistance and the cell attachment.     

A representation of angular momentum (SU(2)) algebra

This paper seeks to construct a representation of the algebra of angular momentum (SU(2) algebra) in terms of the operator relations corresponding to Gentile statistics in which one quantum state can be occupied by n particles. First, we present an operator realization of Gentile statistics. Then, we propose a representation of angular momenta. The result shows that there exist certain underlying connections between the operator realization of the Gentile statistics and the angular momentum (SU(2)) algebra.     

HIV蛋白酶多肽抑制剂的理论研究

艾滋病病毒的发现距今已有二十多年的历史了.它仍然以很快的速度在全球范围速蔓延.研发抗艾滋病药物是当代药学的重大课题之一.在以往研究的基础上,我们利用分子叠合和分子对接这两种分子模拟手段,把从PDB数据库中得到的与HIV蛋白酶结合的12个肽类分子和已经上市的抗艾滋病的药物Saquinavir做比较.根据结构相同或相近的分子具有相同的活性原理,运用分子叠合初部判断分子活性,特别是药效团的特征比对揭示了分子活性的原因,为进一步的药物设计奠定了良好的基础.进而采用分子对接的分子模拟方法对这12个肽类分子的活性构象进行了深入的分析,预测出了这12个分子对HIV病毒蛋白酶的不同抑制作用.研究发现:P01、P05、P09、P12可能与已知药物Saquinavir在与HIV蛋白酶结合时具有相似的活性,其中P9的活性最强,有望成为抗HIV药物的理想前体,为下一步的HIV药物的设计研究提供了理论依据.

On-Line Sensitive Chemiluminescence Detection of Trace Amounts of Polyphenols Using MEKC

A high–performance capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence detection (CE–CL) method has been developed for the determination of three polyphenols (catechol, hydroquinone and pyrogallol) in this work. The effects of several factors such as the acidity and concentration of running buffer, the applied voltage, the injection time, the pH and concentration of CL reagents were investigated in detail. Under the optimum conditions, the baseline separation of three polyphenols was obtained within 6 min. Detection limit (S/N = 3) was 1.0 × 10^?10 M for catechol, 1.0 × 10^?9 M for hydroquinone and 3.0 × 10 ^?11 M for pyrogallol, respectively. The excellent detection limits of the analytes were 1–5 order lower than that of methods reported in literatures.     

K-拟可加模糊数值积分的自连续性

本文在K-拟可加模糊测度空间上建立了K-拟可加模糊数值积分,利用其积分转换定理和诱导算子的性质,将这种积分整体看成可测空间上取值于模糊值和集函数,从而使得这种模糊积分不仅具有自连续性,而且也满足逆自连续性。这些特性能更好地描述模糊值可测函数列和K-拟可加模糊数值积分序列的收敛性。     

聚氧化乙烯介质中的掺杂硫化锌纳米晶的制备及光学性质

简述了聚氧化乙烯介质中的铽、铕、铥、钆、钇、镓、锰掺杂的硫化锌纳米晶的制备方法以及紫外吸收光谱、激发光谱和光激发发射光谱.制成的硫化锌纳米晶直径为3.0～3.5nm.
